Spaghetti Squash
This squash is a perennial favourite for its wonderful flavour and nutrition. It is easy to grow and will produce a handful of hefty 10" long, ovate fruit that ripen to a golden yellow when mature. The meat of the fruit separates into interesting, spaghetti-like strings when you scrape it with a fork or spoon. Wonderful steamed, roasted, or baked!
