Corn Peaches & Cream Bicolour
Nothing says summer better than a meal that includes delicious corn on the cob! Peaches and Cream Bicolour is a superior choice for both crisp and juicy kernels, but also unmatched taste when picked fresh. Cobs are 8-8.5in long and replete with both white and yellow kernels; each color has its own distinct taste.
Seeding Instructions - Start indoors in late April or sow outdoors in May after last frost. Sow in 2" deep trenches, 4-5" between seeds, can take up to 2 weeks to germinate. Corn produces best when grown in blocks (not single rows.)
Growing On & Harvest - Keep corn plants evenly moist, fertilize with veggie food every two weeks or bonemeal once a month. This variety should be grown away from other corn to maintain unique flavour. Harvest in approximately 70-75 days.
