Perfect pork & poultry seasoning? Sage! Perfect salad garnish? Sage! Perfect tea? Sage! This plant is so versatile & very hardy in our area, thriving as a perennial in the garden for decades. Slightly fuzzy, greyish blue-green leaves are wonderful additions to almost any dish, simply clip leaves off of the plant and use!

Seeding Instructions - Start indoors in April or seed directly into the garden Mid-May. Seed takes up to 14 days to germinate. Sage likes lots of sun and is low-care so is suitable for a bright,  out-of-the-way spot that you may occasionally forget to water!

Growing On & Harvest - You can start harvesting sage when it has 8 true leaves; trim it no more than 50% and it will regrow with vigour. Feed with veggie food every two weeks and bone meal once a month.
