Famous around the world for both its leaves and flowers, the leaves of this herb are known as cilantro and the seeds are known as coriander. Use the versatile leaves for a punch of sweet citrus intrigue in noodles, curries, and salads; enjoy the earthy flavour of the ground seeds for marinades & sauces.

Seeding Instructions - So easy to grow, simply sprinkle coriander seed over soil and cover with a 1cm dusting of soil or vermiculite/ perlite. Water thoroughly, takes up to 2 weeks to germinate. Cilantro prefers lots of sun and is easy to grow in a bright, sunny spot in the house as well.

Growing On & Harvest - You can start harvesting cilantro when it has 6-8 true leaves (about 30 days). The seed you have to wait until the plant has flowered and seed matures (55-65 days.) Successive seed every two weeks for an unending supply!
